Risk Tolerance

We customize a plan specifically tailored to your risk tolerance, investment objectives, and time horizon.

You may have an idea of what your investment objectives and time horizon are, but it can be difficult for you to fully comprehend whether you are conservative, moderate, or aggressive when investing.

At Dallo Financial we use comprehensive software that allows us to more accurately determine your risk tolerance. Based on your risk tolerance, we are able to allocate your funds based on these results to pursue your particular objectives. This is very important because mischaracterizing yourself into the wrong category can have severe consequences. For example, if you are mischaracterized as conservative when you are actually aggressive you could hinder growth on your investment. On the flip side, mischaracterizing yourself as aggressive instead of conservative could open you up to more risk than you would like. At Dallo Financial we do our best to most accurately determine your risk tolerance level.

Decide for how many years your family would need support, and multiply your annual income by that number. The multiplier might be the number of years before your youngest child graduates from high school.

Estimate the cost of sending your kids to college.

Debt and final expenses

Add up your debts, other than your mortgage, plus an estimate of your funeral expenses.

Calculate the amount you need to pay off your mortgage.
NOTE: These guidelines are to determine life insurance needs in isolation. At Dallo Financial, we offer comprehensive financial planning that will more accurately determine your life insurance needs.

If you would like a quote, please contact us today. Dallo Financial will get back with you to discuss your quote. If you need more assistance in determining your life insurance needs, we are here to help.
